Division Q 

 

Introduction:

The club was chartered in 1997. It is the second oldest Toastmasters club in Qatar. A cosmopolitan club with approximately 15 different nationalities.  

 

Achievements:

• The club consistently achieves the "Presidents Distinguished Club" status.

• A member of the club, Toastmaster Koka Prasad has made it up to the Semifinals at the World Championship of Public Speaking competition years back. This year 2014- 2015, he's competing at the Internation level during the month of August.

• A member of the club, DTM George Thomas was the Past International Director of Toastmasters International.

 

Future Goals:

To maintain high quality, grow in strength and adapt to change. To also remain a leader amongst other clubs, a model club that others can look to for inspiration and guidance in the Toastmasters spirit.
