Shyam Sundar
DG
Shyam Sundar is the Division Governor for the year 2014-2015. He 's been elected district officer to govern the newly formed Division Q. His prime duty is to govern the Division Q inline with district goals and Toastmasters International. Assists and administers Area, Club activities through elected Area Governors. Assisted by a carefully picked team to support Division Q during current term. He is Toastmaster since 2007, past president, Area Governor, ADGM of Division E.
Pavithra Philip
DS
Pavithra Philip is the Division Secretary, who keeps track of all development that happens in Division. She presides all Division meeting. She maintains and updates the Division's Directory. She prepares the agenda and the meeting minutes for the meetings. She supports the Division in all other activities.
Omar Fayyad
DWM
Omar Fayyad is the Division Webmaster. He's incharge of updating the content on the site, maintaining its health and safety, and above all come up with new ideas and features to enhance the memeber's experience on the site. The main driver is that we'd like to have the website as a "one stop shop" having all the up-to-date content related to Division Q, to make sure everyone is updated with necessary details.
Mythili Gayathri DPRA
Mythili Gayathri is the Division Public Relations for Aperture Media. She is responsible for taking photographs, and videos of meetings and events. Her role is to also enable all the club PR's to keep record of all meetings, events, and other notable activities done to promote the club by publicising it on their website and Facebook page.
Philip Cherian
DFM
Philip K. Cherian is the Division's Finance Manager. He works closely with the Division Governor to prepare Budget, forecast the funds required for various events, monitor and verify the fund inflow and outflow. The DFM also supervise the accounts maintained by the Division Treasurer.

Roy Lumantas
DT
Roy is the Division Treasurer. He is the right-hand man for the Division's Finance Manager (DFM). He’s in-charge in safekeeping and recording the finances of the Division. He’s also in-charge of maintaining the credits, expenditures and book keeping of every division event and reporting the same to the Division Governor (DG) and to the DFM. He has to be always available at all Division Q events.
Manju Madhu
DPRS
Manju Madhu is the Division Public Relations for Social Media and Networking. She is in charge of publicising the Division's news and events througout the social media tools available. She also networks with all club PRs and help them publish their club events and activities to a wider audience.
Joseph Stanley ADGET
Joseph Stanley is the Assistant Division Governor for Education and Training (ADGET). Oversees Educational activities and Training of all the clubs under Division Q and the Division itself. Second in command to Division Governor to represent Division in its endeavors. Active Toastmaster since 2007. Past Area Governor, 2012-2013.
Nirlep Bhatt
ADGM
Nirlep Bhatt is the Assistant Division Governor for Marketing (ADGM). He handles marketing function for the Division with the support of other team members. Helps the District in achieving their strategic objectives for marketing. Maintains healthy membership strength of all clubs under Division Q. He's an active Toastmaster, and he believes in the following quote, "Be the change you wish to see in the world".

Gil Bangalan
SBC
Gil Bangalan is the Chair of the Speakers Bureau. He's tasked to revitalize and establish a sustainable SB for the Division. This demands creating awareness of the Bureau among members and providing opportunities for members to speak outside their clubs and even outside the Toastmasters environment.
Safeer Azeez
TLI Chair
Safeeer Azeez is the Division Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) Chair. He aims to enhance the Toastmasters experience by focusing on basics. Design training programs to help clubs showcase their best speakers and evaluators. Train and coach trainers so they can develop to be better communicators and leaders. He works with District TLI chair DTM Malini Sahni.
Sheikh Iqbal DGAC
Sheikh Iqbal is the Division Governor's Award chair who oversees and monitors award category. He follows up with club and individual achievements and keep the record for later review. Division Governor would decide the awardees later incoordination with DGAC recommendation.
Issam Alameh
DAC
Issam Alameh is the Division Arabic clubs Coordinator. He is incharge of coordinating all activities happening within the Division to sync with all Arabic clubs. His mission is to bring in quality in the existing Arabic clubs and to form stronger clubs for the local community.
Raghavan NV
GC
Raghavan NV is the Division Gavel club coordinator who heads a committee with two assistant coordinators to manage and enhance the Gavel clubs in Qatar. He coaches and trains better leaders to take up the gavel coordinator challenge and improve the quality.
