The Division Governor Awards are given to individuals, clubs, or areas for their outstanding service and exceptional performance througout the year.

The Speakers Bureau is a pool of speakers that represent the best of Toastmasters in the Division. It provides members the opportunity to speak before audiences outside of the Toastmasters environment. The minimum requirement for membership is completion of at least the first speech projects from the Competent Communication manual. Members go through the process of accreditation and must satisfy the standards set by the committee.
