Division Q 

 

Introduction:

The club is a closed club whose membership is exclusive only for members of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers Qatar chapter. 

 

It was one of the newest clubs chartered under Area 12 - Division E during the 1st Quarter of 2013-2014. With 43 Charter Members, PICE-Q Toastmasters club was officially registered with Toastmasters International as Club no# 03499112 on September 26, 2013. 

 

The club is led by its President Delfino C. de Leon who's assisted by the executive committee members, namely: VP Education Asuncion Lopez, VP Membership Geraldo Managuelod, VP Public Relations Arnel Punsalan, Secretary Michelle Samuel, Treasurer Sheila Medel, Sgt-at-Arms Mark Abendan, and IPP Roy Baquiran.

 

Achievements:

 

• Within 9 months of its chartering, the club has earned the Distinguished Club status.

• A member of the club, Toastmaster Arnel Punsalan, got awarded for being the winner in the Humorous Speech Contest at the Area level.

 

Future Goals:

 

Achieve the President Distinguished Club status.
